There are two places at Hong Kong Disneyland where you can leave your luggage
There are two places where you can leave your luggage.
“Park Promenade Baggage Storage” is located along the path from MTR Disneyland Station to the entrance. Inside the park, there is “Main Street USA Locker Rental” where you can find coin lockers.
The star in the upper right represents “Park Promenade Baggage Storage,” and the star in the lower left represents “Main Street USA Locker Rental.”
①Park Promenade Baggage Storage
One is the “Baggage Storage” facility located near the MTR Disneyland Resort station. They can hold your baggage for a fee of HKD 130 per day, regardless of size.
As you exit the station, you will see a gate in front of you. A little further ahead, on the right-hand side, there is an area labeled “LAGGAGE VALET.”
You can also store large luggage, such as suitcases, and it costs HKD 130 per item regardless of size.
Luggage storage is only available for the same day.
It seems to be an announcement saying, “There are coin lockers available inside the park as well!”
The size of the coin lockers is 17 inch x 14 inchx 18 inch so you need to use them for large items.
There is also a baggage delivery service to official hotels ◎
If you arrive at Hong Kong Disneyland between 8:30 and 14:00, you can have your luggage transported to the Disney Resort hotel where you are staying. This service is also available for HKD 130 per item.
②Main Street USA Locker Rental
There are lockers located in the middle of Main Street USA. You can deposit and store your belongings on the day of park admission. You have the freedom to access the lockers as many times as you want during park operating hours.
Proceed down Main Street USA and turn right just past Starbucks Coffee.
The size of the coin lockers is 17 inch x 14 inchx 18 inch (one size only).
You can make credit card payments using this machine.
The available languages are English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
You can make a payment, register your PIN, and store your belongings in the designated locker. It’s great that you can access the locker as many times as you want! This service is also available on the same day only.
③Package Express
If you’re tired of carrying your shopping bags around the park, this “Package Express” service allows you to have your purchases delivered to a Disney Official Hotel or receive them when you leave.
You can pick up your items at the Bell Desk of the Disney Official Hotels or at the Guest Relations Building located just outside the park’s entrance gate on the right.
To use the service, simply inform the cast member at the time of payment. You can receive your purchased items 3 hours after registration. However, please note that registration is available until 3 hours before park closing. If you choose to have the items delivered to your hotel, they should arrive by the end of the day.
This is a free service, so I definitely want to give it a try!
Summary
Personally, I’m happy about the free Package Express service. You can make your purchases in the morning when it’s less crowded, and then receive your souvenirs in the evening and head home quickly! That’s the ideal scenario. In Hong Kong Disneyland, shops tend to get crowded near closing time.
